Use the chamber depth for the intended load
COLO-1645 offers a long chamber for a rack or larger parts. Check part and fixture dimensions against the usable opening and retain the circulation clearance specified for the load. Request the final installation layout to accommodate the external fan assembly and workshop loading route.

Validate the coating cure on the part
The page describes PLC temperature and time control with forced circulation. Establish the process from the powder supplier's instructions and temperature measurements on representative parts. Maximum oven temperature and an unloaded warm-up claim do not determine the correct dwell time for a heavy rack.

Plan trolleys and loading access
The manufacturer's gallery shows open doors, rails and a wheeled rack. Confirm the trolley load rating, rack stability and clearance for moving hot work. Agree on the actual electrical and process-exhaust requirements because a fan-motor rating does not specify the complete oven electrical demand.

Planning your configuration
- Provide largest part, rack dimensions, batch mass and coating cure schedule.
- Confirm heater power, supply, overall installation envelope and door clearance.
- Request trolley capacity, loading arrangement and temperature-distribution validation.
