What this machine is built to do.

A coffee cherry pulper feeds fresh cherries through a pulping mechanism that separates fruit flesh from the beans. It is distinct from hulling dried coffee. Select around cherry ripeness and size, pulping gap, water supply and downstream washing or fermentation, with the desired limits on bean damage.
