What this machine is built to do.

The pictured cocoa butter press uses a mechanical screw to compress prepared cocoa nibs with controlled heating. Other pressing configurations may use differently prepared feed. Specify the input form, preparation, temperature, pressure or screw control, butter collection and cake handling without assuming a hydraulic chamber or residual-fat performance.
