A cocoa cracking and winnowing machine combines bean breaking with airflow-based husk separation. A combined arrangement feeds cracked beans into the separation column and collects nibs and husk separately. Bean preparation, feed consistency and airflow settings influence separation. Confirm whether the quotation includes an integrated cracker, husk collection and feed transfer, because a standalone winnower may require beans to be cracked separately.
